Curriculum modules
Geopolitical risks and expectations for companies — Module 1 of 12; followed by dealing with dilemmas and using the SDGs strategically.
Climate change and biodiversity: a board's accountability — With ESG oversight and foresight, and human rights in supply chains.
Human capital, anti-corruption, data and AI — Oversight of HCM and DEIB, integrity and transparency, responsible data, cybersecurity and AI.
Tax, pay, disclosures and governance stewardship — Tax and investment in an ESG world, stakeholder engagement around disclosures, corporate governance best practice.
Live faculty and peer sessions plus board simulation capstone — Required alongside the 12 self-study modules to earn the designation.
