Undergraduate degree with top-level grades (at least a second class upper division or equivalent)
Background in a scientific field with energy-related courses, or in business, economics, law, social sciences, management or political science
Strong command of English (French is an asset)
Age limit: 30 for men, 35 for women; medical clearance required
Open to citizens of African Union member states; full AU scholarships (tuition and living expenses) for all successful applicants
