Fifty years of training the people who sit between ocean science and ocean policy: a 45-credit MS in OSU's College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences with required core in oceanography, atmospheric science and marine law, more than 40 participating faculty, and Sea Grant Extension specialists and agency scientists woven into the teaching.
